About the Position

As you earn a competitive salary practicing the profession you love, you’ll learn how to put your passion into practice with the skills they don’t teach you in PT school: 

  • Marketing and outreach to potential clients and referral sources
  • Contract negotiation and sourcing with vendors, lenders, and property management
  • Human Resource management, employee growth, retention, and change management
  • Medicare and insurance billing, collection, appeals 
  • Compliance and governmental regulations
  • Understanding business fundamentals—monthly reports, accounting, profit and loss, taxes, federal/state programs
Requirements
  • Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas or temporary license if a recent grad
  • CPR certification
  • Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, caregivers, physicians, and peers
  • Willingness to contribute to a culture that values patient-centered care and employee fulfillment
  • Ability to delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants
  • Residence in/willingness to relocate to the Greater Houston area
